What is Minecraft?

Minecraft is a 3D survival video game made out of just blocks! Minecraft is built for all ages and enjoyed by all ages. Is Minecraft like the other games, complicated and hard to beat? Not at all, Minecraft is not like the other video games, the goal is simple. Travel to the dimension called "The End" and defeat the Ender Dragon. Throughout the journey players will encounter many challenges such as a source of food, water, and shelter to keep monsters out at night and more. Traveling though the world players can discover various structures such as jungle temples, villages, strongholds, and perhaps a ruined nether portals. Be careful some structures generate high up on mountains and some generate deep within caves. New World? Start Here! Minecraft Gamemodes Ah, bought your first copy of Minecraft or are just looking to see its features? You're in the right place. Minecraft has different game modes for different players, if you like a casual game without the need for competitions. Peaceful mode is for you, need a challenge hard or Normal is for you. Here at Minecraft, we understand that everyone is different so players can now set their personal game mode to whatever they want! This does not affect the rest of the server or world, only you.

Peaceful Mode

    No hostile enemies such as the zombie, creepers, skeletons. Spawners are removed. Players will not encounter hunger while sprinting. Explosives will not do any damage to the player, but will to blocks. End portals cannot be opened, no endermen spawn holding the keys.

Easy Mode

    Hostile enemies spawn including the spawners, only ealing 1/2 of damage. Players will encounter hunger while sprinting, must eat or die of hunger. Explosives will do any damage to the player and to blocks. Cave spiders and bees cannot inflict poison on the player. Zombies cannot turn healthy villagers into zombie villagers.

Normal Mode

    Hostile mobs deal the normal amount of damage, 2 to 3 hearts per hit. Hunger bar can deplete causing damage to the player until 1/2 a heart. When mobs hit they deal 1 damage to players Zombies cannot break though doors. Pillagers can spawn cause 4 hearts of damage per hit.

Hard Mode

    Hostile mobs deal 1 1/2 amount of damage, 4 to 5 hearts per hit. Hunger bar can deplete causing damage to the player until death. Hostle enemies spawn with different abilities. Zombies can break though doors. Pillagers can spawn cause 5 hearts of damage per hit.
